UM has manufactured replacement parts for blow molders, bottling lines and packaging equipment since 1976. Nearly fifty years later, our parts run in plants in more than 40 countries, and the way we work has stayed the same: a customer sends us an OEM part number, a drawing, a photo or a sample, and our team in Quebec confirms availability, compatibility and lead time directly.
That directness is the point of this section of the site. UM operates two real industrial locations, in Canada and in France. Everywhere else, we serve customers through direct export from those locations and, in several markets, through partners who add local relationships and language coverage. UM-HPM is UM's French industrial presence: a precision machining and tooling facility in Bordes, near Pau, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. Founded in 1970 as Hourat SAS, the company joined the UM group in 2025.

UM works with partners in a number of markets. A good partner brings local relationships, knowledge of the plants and machine population in their territory, and support in the local language. Our current partners include RMS in Mexico, BMR in France, Röders Tec in Germany, Paynatech in Turkey, SPS Export in Morocco, Pneutech in Australia and DIEC in Singapore.
Partners complement UM; they never stand between you and us. Every quotation, every technical question and every part identification can go straight to our team in Quebec, and when a local contact would genuinely help — for example with logistics or on-site coordination — we will route the inquiry to the right partner.
