What to Include With Your Request

Provide the machine manufacturer, model, serial number, assembly location and any known part number. Photos of the installed part, removed component and surrounding assembly are also helpful.

For mold-related components, include the product, material and cavity configuration when available. This helps us quickly determine the appropriate Nissei, SACMI or general engineering review.
