UM supplies and manufactures replacement parts for Sidel beverage filling equipment, including mechanical, handling and filling components used on fillers and integrated Combi lines.
Wear in handling or filling components can affect line efficiency, container stability and maintenance frequency. Typical requests may include bottle guides, transfer and starwheel components, grippers, neck-handling parts, pins, rollers, bushings, change parts, filling-valve components, capping-related parts and other precision-machined items. Exact availability depends on the filler family, Combi configuration, container type, closure and product.
For parts exposed to the beverage or cleaning circuit, provide the original material specification, seal information, surface requirements and cleaning conditions whenever available. UM should not infer hygienic suitability from shape or an old sample alone.
For container-handling parts, the bottle drawing or sample, neck finish and production format are important. Similar bottles may require different guide profiles or clearances, particularly on high-speed transfer equipment.
Provide the Sidel machine model, serial number, filler or capper assembly, known reference and quantity. State whether the line is standalone or part of a Combi, and identify the product, bottle material, format and closure.
Photographs are ideal and should show the installed context, wear surfaces and mating components. When the part is unavailable or undocumented, UM can evaluate a drawing or sample to determine whether reverse engineering is feasible and what additional specifications are required.
A useful parts list should separate common wear items from components reserved for major shutdowns. Recording the installed revision, material and bottle format when a part is first confirmed makes future reordering faster and reduces reliance on a severely worn emergency sample.
UM can evaluate replacement-part requests for Sidel filling and integrated Combi applications. The exact blow, fill or cap module and machine configuration must be identified because a Combi includes several distinct systems with different component requirements.
Change parts may be evaluated using the machine information, current format components and accurate bottle data. Provide the bottle drawing or sample, neck finish, line direction, required quantity and the location of each guide, starwheel or transfer part. Existing change parts should be labeled by machine position before being sent for evaluation.
Send us an OEM part number, a drawing, a photo or a sample and our team will confirm availability and compatibility.
