Parts are engineered and manufactured by UM in Canada and shipped to customers in Mexico. Customers can contact either UM or RMS with a quotation request, technical question or part identification inquiry. Our teams work closely together, and every request is routed to the right team based on the support required.
RMS provides customers in Mexico with a local, Spanish-speaking point of contact while maintaining direct access to UM's sales, engineering and manufacturing expertise.
